- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Process control valves
- Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot Pneumatic Control Systems

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot basic electrical problems throughout the plant
- Troubleshoot PLC problems
- Troubleshoot motor and motor control problems
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot problems with HMI’s software and hardware
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation equipment
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot control network problems
- Troubleshoot problems with quality inspection systems, case coding, and bottle coding systems
- Maintain all electrical prints for all the systems that have been assigned
- Maintain all PLC programs for all the systems assigned
- Maintain all parameters for all VFD’s and HMI’s for the systems assigned
- Determine all the parts needed for the systems assigned
- Provide electrical support to capital and internal projects
- Ensure compliance with the Controls Change Management System
- Assist with training and sharing knowledge
- Complete all paperwork, entered on the computer, and turned in daily
- Clean the work area after each job
- Maintain proper tools in good working condition
- Perform basic mechanical work as needed
- Ensure that safety needs are given a top priority in all work performed
Preferred Qualifications
- Industrial experience with fillers, cappers, labelers, conveyors, case packers, palletizers, blow molders, and/or other automated packaging equipment
- Successful completion of a two (2) year college curriculum in technical areas
- Vocational school certificates of completion of training in mechanical/electrical technical areas
- Other vendor courses electrical/controls are desirable
