Responsibilities
- Provide critical operational support to the National Program Manager and Regional Managers, ensuring smooth and efficient program execution
- Generate and analyze ad hoc reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making for the sales team
- Optimize store routes for Field Sales Representatives to maximize efficiency and coverage, increasing sales performance
- Serve as the central operational point of contact, acting as the “glue” that holds the sales operations together
- Support the implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures to enhance program effectiveness
- Maintain and organize operational data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for program management and reporting
- Assist in coordinating training and communication materials to support Field Sales Representatives, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques
