Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 5 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization-related technologies.
- 7 years’ experience in technology infrastructure engineering across areas such as compute, storage, network, mobility or virtualization related technologies.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the infrastructure and platform engineering function responsible for enabling enterprise-scale GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team.
- Define technical strategy and deliver foundational systems that support AI agent orchestration, platform governance, and deep system interoperability.
- Guide the development of secure and reliable AI services, partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, support, and governance teams.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management and hot fixes.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas of automation to drive faster response to operational issues.
- Support light scripting or configuration-based automation.
- Analyze the requirements/updates/modifications for alignment with business objectives and priorities.
- Right-size IT resources to meet current and future business requirements in a cost-effective manner.
- Identify and elaborate possible and feasible solutions to issues raised for complex projects/Systems and Infra configurations.
- Conduct analysis for complex configuration changes.
- Support the transition of services from legacy, on-prem, or hybrid platforms to modern cloud-based or consolidated platforms.
- Ensure that any modification to code is checked into the correct branch and code merges are done properly.
- Evaluate opportunities for creating connections among various hardware and applications.
- Assist in decomposing the product architecture into multiple components and modules and define architectural specifications for each module.
- Create simple, modular, extensible and functional design in adherence to the requirements for multiple systems within a domain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information technology, or related area and 3 years of relevant experience in configuration management, developing automation for Provisioning and Orchestration.
- Experience developing and managing service-level objectives (SLOs)/service level indicators (SLIs) for Infrastructure Service availability and performance.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
