Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- 2-4 years recruiting experience
- Develop strong relationships and partner with employees and hiring managers
- Conduct sourcing via social recruiting, networking, employee referral, job postings, etc.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for engineering, IT, product and other roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a stellar candidate experience
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
