Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
- OR Associate’s degree and 10+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
- OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 12+ years of sales, business development, product development or related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Establish and drive a consistent growth initiatives framework, defining and tracking a consistent set of KPIs and reporting rhythm.
- Pilot new GTM & Sales motions to future proof our business.
- Provide critical updates and share feedback with internal stakeholders on Microsoft strategy, portfolio, and priorities for future selling seasons.
- Evangelize Qualcomm’s solutions and go-to-market partnership across Surface, Windows, Xbox, and other Microsoft’s groups.
- Identify new business / marketing opportunities and expanding upon current ones to increase revenues by evangelizing use cases for PC, Data Center, and AI/ML.
- Develop and execute the strategic business plan to drive leadership for Qualcomm’s comprehensive portfolio within the PC OEM ecosystem.
- Foster strong relationships, partner executive connections that align the partner ambition with the Qualcomm mission and priorities.
- Align the managed partner ecosystem and GTM to Microsoft solution area priorities to drive demand and maximize ROI, inclusive of channel, Distribution, and Value-Added Resellers.
- Accelerate channel sales motions leveraging program investments and investment programs to accelerate refresh and reach in commercial and consumer segments.
- Establish and drive a consistent growth initiatives framework, defining and tracking a consistent set of KPIs and reporting rhythm.
- Identifying and working closely with top BG’s and their teams to establish Qualcomm as a sustained leader in the market.
- Comprehensive understanding of Qualcomm’s portfolio and technology and drive long-term strategic alignment with customer.
- Executing and growing existing and new profit generating business opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with internal executives, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate and gain support for short-term execution and long-term GTM plans based on achievement of business and financial goals and milestones.
- Maintaining sales pipeline, provide monthly forecasts and support internal operational / financial planning processes, as well as GTM planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in business development and / or strategic sales of technology products specifically to large scale companies operating in the areas of PC, Cloud, E-commerce, Search, Gaming, Enterprise Software, Social networking, Media Streaming etc.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Experience in developing GTM strategies and plans and running a program office to ensure high quality execution across Qualcomm and Microsoft teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Understanding of Microsoft DPS organization and prior experience supporting design in, design in, sell in, and sell through in the PC ecosystem.
- Experience in business development and / or strategic sales of technology products specifically to and partnering with Microsoft:
- Depth knowledge of PC ecosystem GTM programs, investments, and channel programs.
- Strategic Key Account Management Expertise, ability to build and nurture working level and executive level customer relationships & influence.
- Business and financial expertise to build long term business cases with clear ROI.
- Initiative-taker must be resourceful and able to effectively operate in a complex, demanding environment.

- Collaboration and Influencing: The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence and work closely with a variety of constituencies, both internal and external, intra and inter BU, customers, partners, as well as the ability to develop and nurture strong organizational relationships based on mutual trust.
- He/she will be a clear, open, and effective communicator across all levels of the organization with the ability to effectively interface with the most senior levels of management internally and externally, as well as influence and educate key internal leaders on trends.
