Requirements

  • Understanding of systems architecture best practices, standards, and patterns for the Salesforce Platform.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Applications Architect, Systems Architect, Salesforce Developer I, or Salesforce Developer II
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing, implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions including Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Flow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Design and architect solutions that align with best practices and meet business objectives.
  • Implement, evaluate and vet integrations as needed between Salesforce and other tools using iPaaS solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders. Mentor junior team members where applicable and share best practices related to development and implementation.
  • Continuously optimize and improve existing Salesforce/other solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. Identify and address performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure high quality and reliability. Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality and data integrity.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in Salesforce platform updates, and industry trends. Evaluate new features and functionalities and recommend their adoption to enhance the organization’s capabilities.
