Technical Accounting Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum 5 years experience in accounting including minimum of 3 years in a public accounting firm
Highly skilled and current knowledge of US GAAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills
A proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and to build strong working relationships
Demonstrable leadership ability and experience building and working with high-performing teams
Experience with financial systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)

Responsible for the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and statement of cash flows in support of the Company’s efforts to mature its accounting and disclosure standards.
Involvement with equity and stock-based compensation accounting; responsible for statement of stockholder’s equity preparation
Assist in the preparation and review of international entity financial statements
Assist with purchase accounting for acquisitions
Research and provide technical accounting advice to the accounting department and finance organization
Assess risk and assist in the creation of effective internal controls as needed over accounting and financial reporting
Develop new policies as needed and analyze the impact of changes to historical periods and related impacts on financial disclosures
Assist with other special projects as needed.
