Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ of relevant experience as a B2B marketer, with a focus on SMB size and growth mindset brands and agencies. Bonus points if you’ve been a hands-to-keyboard growth marketer
  • A rich understanding of the streaming, TV, digital, and programmatic advertising landscape and marketing challenges companies within these verticals are confronting
  • Deep expertise crafting unforgettable storytelling with data, text, illustration, and can self-edit
  • An eye for design and experience guiding the development of marketing materials including slides, reports, web content, and event strategy
  • A track record of measuring ROI and impact of marketing programs
  • Collaborative nature & track record of being an invaluable resource to sales teams
  • “No job is too big or too small” mentality — you’re a long-term thinker & a short-term doer
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Travel required to industry events up to 20%

Responsibilities

  • Build ambitious narratives and agendas, focused on key moments, to engage performance and growth minded marketers and agencies
  • Help the modern marketer understand that TV streaming is now accessible and a crucial channel for SMB, while building trial and eventually affinity for the Roku Ads Manager platform
  • Identify thought leadership opportunities for Roku Ads Manager that drive conversation with advertisers through big idea thinking
  • Evangelize Roku at key vertical-specific/trade events and develop rapport and relationships to serve as key advisor
  • Be a strategic and tactical partner to the Ads Manager sales and support teams, ensuring teams have supporting materials, research support, and more.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, growth marketing, and content marketing on large-scale programs that drive sign-ups, activation, and upsell
  • Build advocates through gifting, developing case studies, and highlighting best-in-class examples
