Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events from concept to completion

  • Develop and maintain event timelines and budgets
  • Communicate with clients to understand their vision and objectives
  • Ensure smooth on-site execution and problem resolution
  • Prepare post-event evaluations and reports
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members
