Requirements
- High school diploma / GED and 10 years of manufacturing experience OR
- Associate’s degree and 8 years of manufacturing experience OR
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of manufacturing experience OR
- Master’s degree and 2 years of manufacturing experience OR
- Doctorate degree
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of key initiatives with cross functional teams at the production floor
- Support the AR30 manufacturing organizations in the prioritization and execution of these activities to maximize plant performance and plant capacity.
- Support the AR30 Product Teams portfolio of New Product Introduction and Technology Transfer projects by supply of specialists to complete deliverables.
- To partner with network peers on network initiatives
