Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing enterprise SaaS, growth, consulting, sales engineering, or technical sales experience
- Commercially oriented and data-driven
- Ability to communicate openly, frankly, and respectfully
Responsibilities
- Foster and own trust-based relationships with underwriters and executives alike
- Master Kalepa’s Copilot SaaS platform
- C-level executive presentation and preparation
- Plan, execute, and lead client user training
- Leverage large datasets to analyze the impact on client KPIs
- Lead 1:1 and group user sessions to gather feedback, educate, and ensure clients are getting the utmost value from Copilot
- Coordinate with Kalepa’s Product team to support Copilot’s growth via issue identification, remediation tracking, and enhancement drafting
Preferred Qualifications
- InsurTech or FinTech experience
- Experience at a venture-backed startup during hypergrowth
- Analytics background and experience with SQL
