Requirements
- 2+ year(s) experience in marketing analytics and/or web analytics and/or data analysis
- 2+ year(s) of experience working with Tableau or similar data visualization tool
- Experience with SQL and/or other data storage or ETL tools
Responsibilities
- Digging into all kinds of data—like analytics, CRM, call data, and borrower info—to create super useful, actionable reports for Marketing and other teams.
- Using internal reports, you’ll ask the tough questions and help prioritize where resources should go.
- You’ll keep a consulting relationship with stakeholders, sharing data insights, developing resources, and proposing solutions that mix your skills with their needs to guide smart, data-driven decisions and keep testing at the core.
- You’ll make sure marketing campaigns are set up right for easy, meaningful analysis. Before anything launches, you’ll gather goals and hypotheses to track and measure how things are performing.
- You’ll stay on the lookout for opportunities to improve and make sure we’re always up-to-date with the latest product and data features across our platforms.
- Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
