- Working towards a BS in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics or related field (Support Functions Stream)
- Working towards a BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related field (Operations Stream)
- Working towards a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or related field (Science Stream)
- Minimum Overall GPA of 2.7 required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
