Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
- At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
- At least 2 years of people management experience
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced, high performing recruiters who support our Premium Products and Shopping businesses.
- Create a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion. Invest in and elevate your team to greatness
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand and deliver unique talent needs while keeping all parties apprised along the journey. Become a deep subject matter expert within your business partner group
- Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification and engagement to offer extension and closing
- Leverage data and metrics to conduct analysis on talent markets and our delivery to better support our teams, business partners, and candidates
- Work closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers to navigate rapidly changing business environments, tailoring the recruiting approach in tandem
- Think progressively and implement creative bold ideas to test and learn
- Jump in to problem solve and navigate ambiguous and complex situations autonomously, while weighing the various risks and potential implications
- Implement both immediate and long term strategic recruiting initiatives, anticipating and planning for potential roadblocks
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
- 7+ years of experience in HR strategy or 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a combination
- 7+ years of experience in Client Management
- 5+ years of experience in People Management
- 2+ years of experience with data analytics and reporting tools (i.e. excel, Tableau)
- 3+ years experience in strategic development
