Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis or risk management, preferably in supply chain or Service Operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial attitude willing to challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain models & analysis to identify potential risks to service delivery within our customer service group and the service parts and accessories business.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools/models to identify service delivery risks.
- Collaborate with customer service, supply chain, operations, and product management teams to gather data for risk identification and mitigation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and provide actionable improvement recommendations.
- Prepare and present assessments on potential risk to operational performance & parts delivery.
- Provide analytical support for both business planning and sales order management/logistics improvement projects working closely with both internal and external support teams.
- Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to promote proactive risk management.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
- Exemplify the culture of Assertive Collaboration to improve overall end-to-end Service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
