Requirements
- Must be capable of preparing construction budgets, reviewing and assisting cost estimating and project scheduling
- Must be familiar with cast and place concrete, tilt panel construction, metal framing, standing seam metal roof and pre-engineered metal buildings
- 5+ years’ experience in construction management
- Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
- Project and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Coordination with owner’s representatives, contractors, architects/engineers and city officials
- Project tracking, scheduling, on-site inspections, and project close-out
- Report job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliveries
- Assist owners’ representative construction contract drafts, bids on projects, analyze, and mitigate risks
- Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction meets or exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized
- Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standards
- Must be capable of coordinating multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- Experience in the following fields preferred: Asst. Superintendent, Superintendent, Asst. Project Manager, Project Manager, or any construction trade foreman/leadman role
