Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including launch and in-line HCP
- OR Master’s degree and 4 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including launch and in-line HCP
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including launch and in-line HCP
- OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including launch and in-line HCP
- OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including launch and in-line HCP
Responsibilities
- Drive launch excellence by crafting and implementing IMDELLTRA’s global commercial strategy, including building brand strategy, launch and competitive readiness initiatives
- Lead and collaborate with key work package teams, such as the Integrated Brand Team (IBT) and Brand Working Group (BWG), encouraging collaboration and driving alignment across cross-functional and regional teams
- Synthesize market insights and competitive intelligence to support business cases, inform forecasts, and proactively adjust brand strategy in response to evolving market dynamics
- Develop and deliver compelling brand presentations, effectively communicating strategic priorities to cross-functional teams, regional market partners and senior leadership
- Partner with regional leaders to drive global-with-local executional excellence and integrate local market insights into global strategy
- Contribute to oncology portfolio initiatives, including congress presence strategy, critical communications and annual market update meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- Oncology or specialty care experience
- Consistent track record in launch excellence, with prior experience in global and in-market commercial roles
- Deep expertise in strategic marketing, including brand strategy, positioning, messaging, agency management and budget oversight
- Tactical marketing experience in local markets, with a focus on HCP-directed commercial execution
- Proven ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive priorities with a solutions-oriented mentality
- Experience supporting brands across different stages of lifecycle, from pre-launch to maturity
- Oncology competence, including a strong understanding of the science, market trends, and evolving competitive landscape
- Outstanding communication skills, including strong storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence effectively within a matrixed environment
