Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree and 5 or more years relevant experience in program and change management
Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills (e.g., advanced Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Powerpoint, process improvement skills)
Effective use of project management methodologies, processes and software/tools (e.g., Smartsheets)
Demonstrated capability working with TA technology implementations and ongoing enhancements
Effective communication and collaboration skills across a variety of global partner teams

Partner with senior leaders and program/change leaders to design, build and execute technology projects and enhancements with a focus on adoption and optimization
Oversee, with a high level of autonomy, the TA technology portfolio, collaborating closely with end users (talent advisors, hiring managers) and key partner teams (engineering, vendors)
Analyze TA data to identify trends, measure performance and drive operational rigor; prioritize competing business needs
Provide training and support to end users on the use of technology tools and systems
Refine global processes to enable the company to recruit at scale and speed while improving the candidate, interviewer, and recruiter experiences
Identify TA needs and continue to look for improvement possibilities through existing enhancements and new tools
Manage relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet service level agreements and deliver quality solutions
