Requirements
- at least 8 years of marketing analytics experience, with a focus on marketing mix, pricing, or forecasting
- prior experience working at a CPG manufacturer or 10+ years of supplier/consulting experience
- strong working knowledge of syndicated data sets and tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)
- expert in MS Excel and can quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
- ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people and vice versa
- experienced in using powerful data storage, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake, Azure, or similar platforms)
Responsibilities
- Owning the Commercial Mix expansion globally across Kraft Heinz
- Leading the Digital Analytics team members in maintaining data foundations + ensuring accuracy, enabling faster delivery through automation
- Partnering with the data science team for forecasting, integrating with enterprise data sets and tools
- Establishing a well-defined roadmap for the team and will work in an agile environment to achieve key milestones/OKRs
- Driving spend optimization/resource allocation recommendations
