Requirements

  • at least 8 years of marketing analytics experience, with a focus on marketing mix, pricing, or forecasting
  • prior experience working at a CPG manufacturer or 10+ years of supplier/consulting experience
  • strong working knowledge of syndicated data sets and tools (e.g., Nielsen, Circana)
  • expert in MS Excel and can quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
  • ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical people and vice versa
  • experienced in using powerful data storage, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Snowflake, Azure, or similar platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Owning the Commercial Mix expansion globally across Kraft Heinz
  • Leading the Digital Analytics team members in maintaining data foundations + ensuring accuracy, enabling faster delivery through automation
  • Partnering with the data science team for forecasting, integrating with enterprise data sets and tools
  • Establishing a well-defined roadmap for the team and will work in an agile environment to achieve key milestones/OKRs
  • Driving spend optimization/resource allocation recommendations
