Requirements

  • Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately

Responsibilities

  • Perform order adjustments (repicks)
  • Monitor, research, and resolve allocation issues in the Problem Resolution (Orders) program
  • Perform inventory transfers and adjustments as needed
  • Print and apply location label requests
  • Request repair and replacement of RF and Vocollect units
  • Review and research various reports
  • Research inventory discrepancies and explains large quantity on hand adjustments
  • Perform all jobs functions associated with processing stray parts
  • Research and correct item numbers and locations in the LogPro Quantity Correction program
  • Audit outbound parcels and inbound license plates daily and verify results
  • Perform daily audits and reconcile all items located in damage locations
  • Perform all job functions associated with relabel and changeover projects which includes processing items in the ‘relabel’ location
  • Perform slotting jobs determined by the DC and the Slotting Task Force Leader
  • Maintain correct rule sets and assignments
  • Help maintain accurate dimensional data
  • Ensure the process of safe weight on beams
  • Perform all job functions associated with Factory Stock Adjustments, Factory Stock Lifts, Final Sweeps and Recalls
  • Perform daily cycle counts of select Freon item numbers
  • Perform a monthly inventory of critical supply items
  • Cycle count each DC location at least once per trimester and perform a Return Department Verification each quarter
  • Assist in maintaining ship percentage with on hand and DC shrink goals
  • Keep all work areas neat and clean, including cleanup of any spills that occur while performing job duties
  • Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations
  • Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete. Explain specific job duties/functions to help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey any departmental or procedural changes to existing team members
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Familiarity with auto parts and knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry
  • Working knowledge of the WMS operation systems and DC operations
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Mechanical Equipment certification
  • Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
