Requirements
- Basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and match numerical and alphabetical characters quickly and accurately
Responsibilities
- Perform order adjustments (repicks)
- Monitor, research, and resolve allocation issues in the Problem Resolution (Orders) program
- Perform inventory transfers and adjustments as needed
- Print and apply location label requests
- Request repair and replacement of RF and Vocollect units
- Review and research various reports
- Research inventory discrepancies and explains large quantity on hand adjustments
- Perform all jobs functions associated with processing stray parts
- Research and correct item numbers and locations in the LogPro Quantity Correction program
- Audit outbound parcels and inbound license plates daily and verify results
- Perform daily audits and reconcile all items located in damage locations
- Perform all job functions associated with relabel and changeover projects which includes processing items in the ‘relabel’ location
- Perform slotting jobs determined by the DC and the Slotting Task Force Leader
- Maintain correct rule sets and assignments
- Help maintain accurate dimensional data
- Ensure the process of safe weight on beams
- Perform all job functions associated with Factory Stock Adjustments, Factory Stock Lifts, Final Sweeps and Recalls
- Perform daily cycle counts of select Freon item numbers
- Perform a monthly inventory of critical supply items
- Cycle count each DC location at least once per trimester and perform a Return Department Verification each quarter
- Assist in maintaining ship percentage with on hand and DC shrink goals
- Keep all work areas neat and clean, including cleanup of any spills that occur while performing job duties
- Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations
- Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete. Explain specific job duties/functions to help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey any departmental or procedural changes to existing team members

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Familiarity with auto parts and knowledge of the automotive warehouse and/or store industry
- Working knowledge of the WMS operation systems and DC operations
- Advanced computer skills
- Mechanical Equipment certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
