Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business, or related social services field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
- Experience developing deeply affordable housing projects
- Five years of experience managing operations, budgets, and projects
- Five years of leadership experience
- Five years of managing behavioral health treatment programs
Responsibilities
- Ensures the continuance of daily operations for client services
- Manages current and future projects
- Ensures programs are financially viable
- Ensures that quality services are being provided in the programs
- Builds and maintains key relationships to ensure continued client and company success
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous community behavioral health leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Business, or related social services field
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related social services field
