Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives with a focus on accountability and performance excellence
- Must lead Program Managers, Project managers through project planning, monitoring and execution
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Oversee the management of multiple complex programs, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Develop Project and portfolio plans, provide portfolio status reports and slippage
- Proactively address program challenges, including cost overruns and operational inefficiencies
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for client needs
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while aligning with organizational goals
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and drive new business opportunities
- Open doors for growth by leveraging customer insights and market trends
- Implement and enhance tools and processes to improve operational transparency, reporting, and resource allocation
- Drive solutions to reduce costs while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
- Partner with teams across operations, engineering, and leadership to align resources and achieve program success
- Ensure seamless program execution through effective stakeholder communication and coordination
