Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., data analytics, data science, statistics, economics, or mathematics)
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and R/Python for data analysis and visualization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships and expectations
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Live Services Team to optimize game features, balance game economies, and identify new ways to boost player engagement
- Collaborate with studios to analyze core game systems, implementing gameplay analytics that aligns with the development goals of designers and engineers
- Support and drive analytics initiatives within a cross-functional team to inform design and implementation decisions, both current and future
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex data into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion for storytelling through data, turning complex datasets into compelling narratives
- Experience in gameplay analysis or knowledge of user engagement and monetization strategies in gaming, entertainment, e-commerce, or mobile apps is a plus
