Requirements

  • BA/BS required
  • 2-3 years experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management
  • Experience in ad serving technologies such as CM (Campaign Manager), Sizmek, Innovid, Extreme Reach
  • Familiarities with VVF (i.e. DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Moat), Measurement (i.e. Nielsen DAR, Millward Brown, GfK, comScore, etc.), TMS (i.e. GTM, Tealium, Adobe, etc.), Analytics (i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Incredible focus and attention to detail
  • Must have strong MS Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Account/Campaign technical set up development and strategy – 20%: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss upfront campaign set up (i.e. KPI goals), execution and optimization success; Communicate and collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Digital, Analytics, Search, etc.) to brainstorm floodlight/conversion strategy and execute, QA, troubleshoot within TMS platforms (GTM, Tealium, Adobe, etc.) or communicate with client resources (i.e. IT)
  • Implementation (or Execution) focused on: – 50%: Accountable for campaign management across one or multiple accounts; Receives traffic sheet, creatives and 4th party tags from Digital team; Ensuring Quality Assurance of instructions and assets; Provide feedback to Digital, Video, etc. team as needed; Communicate with Media teams and/or client creative partners to recommend necessary creative changes to meet IAB and campaign specific specs; Responsible for trafficking digital display and/or OLV campaigns; Work with external partners (i.e. measurement, VVF (verification viewability fraud), etc.) to ensure tracking tags are provided for optimal measurement criteria
  • Ongoing campaign maintenance and monitoring – 25%: Initial point of contact to troubleshoot issues as they arrive; Managing and providing the resolution of issues as they arise such as discrepancy between reporting systems and creative malfunctions; Continuously review reporting to provide highlights and potential issues on a regular cadence; Advocate on internal operational processes with media team by providing guidance on how to continually improve operational processes and communication channels to other teams where needed
  • Projects – 5%: Train and mentor new team members on the various platforms that are used within Ad Operations and account specific; Proactively exhibit knowledge of industry standards and participating in team POVs and projects, documentation, and knowledge share to the Ad Ops team, account team and/or organization
