Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in asset management, private equity, or related financial services
- Experience in product management, or strategy & operations within financial services
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional ability to synthesize complexity into simplicity
- Detail-oriented with keen observational skills to identify inefficiencies in current processes
- Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (lenders, banks, brokers, asset managers)
- Technical fluency and comfort working with AI/ML technologies
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to move quickly and deliver tangible results
- Security and compliance mindset, understanding the requirements of regulated industries
Responsibilities
- Embed yourself with design partners (asset managers, banks, FinCos, lawyers, brokers, lenders, and title companies) to deeply understand their operational challenges in asset management
- Map workflows, data flows, and pain points across the asset lifecycle (acquisition, management, exit)
- Synthesize complex financial processes into high-impact opportunities for Hypha’s products (Synthesis, Cortex, Flow) to deliver value
- Prototype, demo, and ship features quickly to improve our design partners’ and clients’ day-to-day
- Drive a “speed of light” approach to product discovery—focusing on customer value, rapid iteration, and building momentum through traction
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of asset management workflows, particularly in healthcare facilities and/or multifamily real estate
- You thrive at the intersection of finance, technology, and product
- You can quickly understand complex workflows and identify opportunities for transformation
- You’re skilled at translating unstructured financial and legal documents into structured data requirements
- You can think strategically about intelligent data extraction and analysis
- You understand how to design effective collaboration workflows in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- You’re passionate about the potential for AI to transform traditional industries
- You balance speed with thoughtfulness—moving quickly without overengineering
