Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience required
- Certification or vocational training may be preferred
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing youth behavior issues during program activities
- Working with Area leaders to develop plans to support youth behavior
- Documenting all behavioral interactions with youth and parents/guardians
- Supporting data collection for program evaluation as needed
- Overseeing all lunchroom operations including organizing groups, dismissing youth, and working with food vendor
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree plus 2-4 years of LiFEsports experience preferred
