Project Manager – Global Marketplace

5+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, or systems implementation, ideally in eCommerce, marketplaces, or supply chain
Strong ability to translate business requirements into execution plans and drive cross-functional alignment
Proven ability to use data to prioritize and evaluate project outcomes
Experience managing complex projects using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an ability to educate and influence both technical and business audiences
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification a plus

Lead strategic projects from end to end across Global Marketplace and FBW, from business requirement gathering to post-launch evaluations
Translate business needs into BRDs, set project OKRs, define success metrics, and break complex initiatives into phased roadmaps
Leverage data insights to drive decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and uncover growth opportunities across Marketplace and FBW
Collaborate cross-functionally with category management, product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance domestically and internationally to align goals and resources
Develop and optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate bottlenecks across seller onboarding and fulfillment journeys
Improve seller experience by executing projects that enhance the Seller Portal, incorporating feedback from sellers and the account management team
Provide training and enablement to internal users on final project deliverables, and contribute to seller education via Help Center content
Identify risks and dependencies, manage timelines, and ensure successful, timely execution with measurable results
Mentor and support junior and senior project analysts or coordinators, fostering a high-performing project management culture
