Requirements
- Must reside within the assigned territory
- 1+ years of prior sales experience is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Ability to travel for meetings quarterly

Responsibilities
- Selling – Support revenue attainment for assigned field sales team
- Cross-Sell – Integrate with rep agencies to maximize cross-sell activities and customer share of spend
- Lead generation – Leverage Moen lead sources to identify project leads in accordance with regional criteria.
- Pipeline Management – Manages project specific sales pipeline in coordination with field sales business development manager; ensures pipeline meets or exceeds target for assigned region
- Quote Management – Develop and manage project quotations in coordination with field sales and customer
- Opportunity Management – Create, manage, and close assigned project opportunities; conducts pre and post-sale follow up on quotes (calls customer to ensure projected start date), reviews specifications, understands product needs, establishes job timelines, and makes alternative recommendations) in coordination with Moen field sales associates.
- Coordinate Fulfillment – Identify projects that require supply chain forecasting
- Proficiently leverages Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and Microsoft Office Suite.
