Responsibilities
- Drive the entirety of the relationship for each partnership, collaborating with multiple accounts and partners to understand company needs and vision
- Use insight, industry expertise, and influence to get buy-in from both internal and external decision-makers on ways to grow partnerships for the long term
- Analyze and report on performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly to spot trends, find opportunities and issues, and gain new insight into the partnership
- Conduct regular face-to-face visits and weekly calls to strengthen partnerships, identify joint opportunities, and stay current on business trends
- Build unique commercial incentives and proposals to increase share of wallet and negotiate amendments to existing agreements
- Serve as a point of contact for Expedia’s business units, providing outstanding customer service through timely, high-quality issue resolution both internally and externally
- Grasp the ‘big’ picture for PLS, our business, and the partner, using influence and expertise to support the success of both parties
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred background in b2b technology, online travel or airline/hotel supplier, sales/account management, consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or related field preferred, or equivalent related professional experience
