Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6-8 years Mortgage Servicing experience
- 4+ years supervisory experience
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills to complete multiple deadlines with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve general ledger to system balances to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor processes to identify and address any business losses
- Provide oversight to the general expense and advance processes, including tracking expenses and processing advances and reimbursements
- Implement and enforce expense management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Work closely with internal departments and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to expenses
- Prepare reports and provide insights on expense performance and trends to senior management
- Develop and maintain an effective system of internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Lead process improvement initiatives related to expense management and advance processes
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure their professional development and growth
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
