Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- You enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and uncovering patterns in data.
- You’re curious about how sales and marketing work together to grow a business.
- Basic knowledge of excel, interpreting data, sales & marketing strategy, CRM systems (experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and time management.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
- Natural curiosity to dig in, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
- Basic knowledge of data driven strategies and CRM such as Salesforce (SFDC experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Optimize the GTM Funnel – Help track how potential customers move from marketing campaigns to sales meetings. Find gaps, spot trends, and suggest improvements.
- Dive into Data – Help review lead performance, engagement trends, and pipeline progression to understand what’s driving revenue.
- Support monthly reviews – Help prep for meetings where we break down conversion rates, engagement trends, and what’s working (or not).
- Work with marketing and sales to improve how we reach and engage target accounts.
- Improve Lead Handoff Between Marketing & Sales – Work with marketing, BDRs, and sales reps to ensure hot leads don’t fall through the cracks and convert.
- Be a detective – Research industry trends and come up with fresh ideas on how we can optimize our sales and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate on Process Improvements – Help execute strategic initiatives such as pipeline acceleration programs, global pipeline contests, and automation projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in sales and business marketing is a plus but not required.
