Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You enjoy problem-solving, working with numbers, and uncovering patterns in data.
  • You’re curious about how sales and marketing work together to grow a business.
  • Basic knowledge of excel, interpreting data, sales & marketing strategy, CRM systems (experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and time management.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
  • Natural curiosity to dig in, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Basic knowledge of data driven strategies and CRM such as Salesforce (SFDC experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the GTM Funnel – Help track how potential customers move from marketing campaigns to sales meetings. Find gaps, spot trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Dive into Data – Help review lead performance, engagement trends, and pipeline progression to understand what’s driving revenue.
  • Support monthly reviews – Help prep for meetings where we break down conversion rates, engagement trends, and what’s working (or not).
  • Work with marketing and sales to improve how we reach and engage target accounts.
  • Improve Lead Handoff Between Marketing & Sales – Work with marketing, BDRs, and sales reps to ensure hot leads don’t fall through the cracks and convert.
  • Be a detective – Research industry trends and come up with fresh ideas on how we can optimize our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on Process Improvements – Help execute strategic initiatives such as pipeline acceleration programs, global pipeline contests, and automation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in sales and business marketing is a plus but not required.
