Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive product marketing experience with a strong focus on Enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in developing and executing product marketing strategies specifically for Enterprise companies.
  • A deep understanding of the dynamics and complexities of Enterprise organizations, including those in non-traditional, non-software industries.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into compelling, value-driven solutions for Enterprise buyers.
  • Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, and developing targeted Enterprise messaging.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate strategically with Product and PMM teams to package and position Pendo’s offerings as powerful solutions for Enterprise clients.
  • Own and maintain clear, concise, and impactful solutions messaging specifically for the Enterprise market.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to define, understand, and articulate the distinct needs and opportunities within the Enterprise landscape for Pendo.
  • Forge strong partnerships with the Enterprise Sales team to deeply understand their requirements, challenges, and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Act as a key conduit, delivering valuable feedback from the Enterprise go-to-market teams back to our Product organization.
  • Elevate and accelerate our overall Enterprise marketing strategy and execution.
  • Participate in strategic Enterprise deals to provide product and solutions expertise.
  • Develop compelling content and collateral (e.g., presentations, white papers, case studies) that resonates with Enterprise audiences.
  • Represent Pendo as a thought leader through public speaking engagements at industry events.
  • Contribute strategically to competitive intelligence, pricing considerations, and enablement programs tailored for the Enterprise market.
