Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Statistics.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 10 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering.
- 5 years of demonstrated success leading Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events.
- 5 years of experience in the development of comprehensive financial models and budgeting processes.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex Lean Six Sigma projects from inception through to successful completion Responsible for driving accountability and execution of project deadlines.
- Coach and mentor Ace’s leaders and managers on Lean methodology and Six Sigma problem solving techniques.
- Utilize advanced statistical and analytical tools to gather, interpret, and present data. Calculate and compile project savings along with the Financial Planning and Analysis teams to ensure savings are accurate and properly recorded.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for process improvements across various departments.
- Present project updates to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Master’s degree in business administration or a relevant discipline
