Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a systems and/or business analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or related field
- Experience working with data related tools like Snowflake, SQL developer, Reporting tools (Tableau/Power BI) and comparable query writing tools
- Experience with Jira, Jira Align, or other comparable Agile tools
- Experience in working with data analysis and SQL skills
- Strong ability to conduct research and analysis independently
- Good understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
Responsibilities
- Work with developers to provide guidance for deliverables, acceptance criteria, and complete business acceptance testing and story sign off
- Publish clear and consumable product documentation
- Story writing and backlog management
- Prepping for refinements, quarterly planning, and leading those meetings
- Maintaining and updating product documentation, maintaining reporting inventory, and external SharePoint site
- Analysis tasks (identifying data source tables for processes, gathering data requirements, etc.)
- Gathering requirements and translating them to well-defined stories with clear business value and acceptance criteria
- Continually building domain expertise of team’s product(s) and processes
- Understand competing priorities and work with squad leader and team to drive successful product delivery
- Champions and leads team to collaborate with partners and stakeholders to drive strong business outcomes
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills including participating in and leading sessions with team members, domain experts, and stakeholders
- Creates and maintains documentation in collaboration with team members, domain experts, and team leader to guarantee accuracy and completeness
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality with a focus on building business analysis and product ownership expertise
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates
