Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required with at least 8 years of experience or a Master’s degree with three
• Five (5) years of related experience is required; Three (3) years of related experience is preferred.
• Financial analysis and costing experience required.
• Proficient in evaluating, designing, and implementing financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Extensive experience in utilizing statistical tools and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights for decision-making.
• Adept at integrating financial systems with other business applications to ensure seamless operations which includes Cognos.
• Demonstrated aptitude for identifying and resolving complex financial system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner and collaborate with Costing, Market Sectors, Regions, and Supply Chains teams to complete the financial models and analysis for new business costing opportunities, non-traditional modeling, and existing customer simulations
• Lead financial dialogue during Executive Reviews by providing complete overview of financial models including key highlights, model assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Complete financial analysis for the sector, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and develop action plans with Sector Leadership.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and financial training to various sector team personnel. Ensure financial related escalations are properly followed and executed
• Develop and maintain the Financial toolsets required to complete the modeling and analysis for new and existing customers.
