Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to clinical or healthcare environments.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • A clinical background or strong experience working closely with clinical teams and familiarity with healthcare workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product strategy and translate clinical requirements into technical solutions.
  • Passion for automation and AI, with experience or a keen interest in integrating these technologies into product development.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the clinical team and CMO to understand and translate clinical workflows into actionable product features.
  • Analyze current processes to identify automation opportunities and drive improvements in care team ratios.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with our strategic goals.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on clinical impact, technical feasibility, and data-driven insights.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams—comprising Developers, AI/ML specialists, Designers, and Quality Assurance—to execute on product goals.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data, including user behavior analytics and direct feedback from clinical stakeholders, to iterate on product features and optimize performance.
  • Serve as the essential bridge between clinical, technical, and executive teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings, gather direct feedback, and collaborate with outside vendors.
  • Ensure transparency and alignment on product decisions, timelines, and release plans.
  • Champion an experimental mindset; test new approaches in automation and AI that can enhance clinical efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading product teams in a distributed, global environment.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare technology startup.
  • A hands-on approach and a strong problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
  • Technical expertise in relevant technologies, e.g. cloud computing, app/web development, AI/Machine Learning, workflow automation, or API integrations.
