Requirements
- 3+ years of experience serving mid-market and enterprise companies in B2B sales
- Experience hitting a quota of $1M+ ARR per year from new customers
- Solutions-based approach to selling
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Proven track record of successfully prospecting, building pipeline, nurturing relationships independently, & closing deals
- Detail-oriented with excellent presentation, writing, listening, discovery, & organizational skills
- Ability to travel when required
Responsibilities
- Transform into an insurance revenue guru, developing a deep understanding of our ICP’s pains, buyer personas, and becoming a solution expert
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: identifying, prospecting, & qualifying leads and developing them into high-value opportunities through customer-centric and product-first strategies
- Build trust with skeptics who may doubt the effectiveness of automation software
- Contribute to and aim to lead projects to develop, tune, and improve our sales strategy, process, and tactics
- Deliver accurate and dependable sales forecasts – and independently maintain sales pipeline with the goal of consistently attaining and exceeding targets
- Partner closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth handoff for all new customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to Finance/Accounting teams or within the insurance industry
