Requirements

  • Strong track record of influencing senior leadership, Sales, and Product teams

Responsibilities

  • Define the product marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with company-wide objectives
  • Build and scale the product marketing function, establishing best practices, processes, and frameworks that drive repeatable success
  • Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring market impact and strong revenue contribution
  • Drive category creation and leadership, ensuring Fieldguide is positioned as the go-to AI platform for audit and advisory
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that differentiates Fieldguide and deeply resonates with our ICPs, from firm executives to practitioners
  • Partner closely with Sales and CS leadership to define enablement programs that drive pipeline acceleration and expansion opportunities
  • Support the creation of high-impact sales assets, narratives, and training materials that help our GTM teams win in the field
  • Establish a customer intelligence engine, translating insights from clients, analysts, and competitive research into actionable strategies
  • Develop a strong industry presence, acting as a spokesperson for Fieldguide through content, webinars, and analyst engagements
  • Help guide the development of executive-level content, including thought leadership, whitepapers, and competitive intelligence
  • Own the industry relations strategy, ensuring Fieldguide is well-positioned in industry reports, rankings, and events
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team (directly or via matrixed leadership)
  • Act as a cross-functional leader, influencing teams across Fieldguide to ensure seamless alignment and execution of product marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Demand Gen, Brand, and Comms to craft campaigns that fuel pipeline and market awareness
