Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in a combination of content marketing, internal communication and/or change management roles, with an emphasis on digital channels
  • Expertise in marketing tools, including email marketing, Slack, website builders, SharePoint, marketing surveying, and research tools
  • Experience with content management systems and analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, or equivalents)
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills; demonstrated track record of creating impactful content
  • Excellent verbal communication, especially with visual presentations and recorded media delivery
  • Excellent program management, change management organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Positive and collaborative with a focus on building effective relationships and influencing through partnerships
  • Strategic thinker, ability to drive to clarity in ambiguous circumstances
  • Passion for high quality in the finished product
  • Experimentation mindset: willing to accept feedback and iterate to improve process or product
  • Ability to understand the business environment and objectives and develop solutions accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead a clear and measurable content strategy inclusive of SharePoint content, learning content across platforms (LMS, LXP) and digital assets (video, graphics, etc.) for L&TM strategic and functional priorities
  • Create a Content Management Framework, including design, implementation, developing processes and protocols for knowledge capture, storage, accessibility
  • Develop and manage ongoing practices to drive program enrollment and transfer of learning back to the workplace, developing engaging and informative marketing content, including email, blog posts, internal media updates, videos, and webinars, to increase awareness of different programs
  • Own and enforce content creation standards, governance processes, and delivery method parameters. Ensure content aligns with the company’s brand voice, messaging, and overall look and feel
  • Create high-quality, engaging content, including email, blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, that resonate with target audiences, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors/contributors as needed
  • Establish a refresh process and schedule. Ensure out of date content is deactivated
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content initiatives, using data and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or Marketing (or similar) —Strongly Preferred
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design processes (ADDIE, SAM)
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the learning industry
  • Experience using communication tools and content to drive engagement and adoption
  • Graphic design, web design, or user experience design experience
