Requirements
- Experience preparing documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and developing obligation plans, P&R Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda.
- Knowledge and skill in the application of related laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods and techniques of federal contracting and the DoD 5000 acquisition process.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment
- Must be able to work in a team environment and execute tasks on-quality and on-time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Active TS/SCI.
- Bachelors Degree; Four (4) additional years of direct relevant experience in lieu of degree acceptable.
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience in the DOD 5000 acquisition process, supporting the budgetary aspects of program management, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, and supportability.
- Three (3) years of experience as government or SETA within a program management office for the acquisition of Cyber, EW or other C4ISR programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams.
- Provide senior level advice for program/budget scheduling and planning, including preparing recommendations for program objectives, operating schedules, contracting and resource requirements.
- Provide budgetary expertise for cost-cutting issues, asset marketability, program development, monetary fund management /benefit administration, equity monitoring, and originations.
- Prepare documentation in support of Milestone Decisions and reviews for the overall acquisition process, and will assist program and product managers in developing obligation plans, P&R Forms, Weapon System Reviews, and Program Objective Memoranda.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFCM, CPCM, or CCCM certifications preferred.
- DAWIA or FAC-C Level II or III preferred.
