Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (e.g., Work Otter), and technical computer skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and sales strategy, with the ability to develop and execute standard operating procedures.
  • 5-7 years of strong sales background with in-depth knowledge of retail operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop perishable and center-store sales specialists to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Plan and execute daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sell programs.
  • Monitor and manage product purchases and teamwork scores to best support the financial success of franchise.
  • Facilitate communications as appropriate to all stakeholders; effectively communicate with customers to resolve service issues and to evaluate their requests; prepare and present customer presentations to review project scope.
  • Monitor and support operational KPI improvement across assigned.
  • Recommend and implement cost improvement.
  • Monitor quarterly and annual contracted volume thresholds and conduct regular performance reviews to maintain.
  • Influence customer decision-making on key improvement.
  • Manage & support new business start-ups, closures, hand offs with the Leadership Key Stakeholders of Retail.
  • Coordinate operational planning around key customer events such as holiday planning, grand openings, anniversary sales, major in-store events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferred.
