Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a lead teacher, homeschooling parent or child care provider for K-8 kids. No teaching certification required.
• You have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with families.
• Classroom culture.
• Overseeing each child’s academic pathway.
• Maintaining the physical space and operations.
• Growing the school.

Preferred Qualifications

• You love kids and families for who they are and are actively interested in helping your students find ways to explore their passions and curiosities.
• You have that entrepreneurial spark and are an organized self-starter.
• Families adore you and communicating with families comes naturally.
• You are excited about a start-up environment and are comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Your students feel safe to make mistakes in your class and can celebrate their wins and challenges.
