Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, people operations, recruiting, or talent
- Background in recruiting for startup environments or high-growth companies
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and networking
- Experience with candidate assessment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from job requisition through offer negotiation and closing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
- Passionate about tech and startup culture, with a drive to help build great teams
- A self-starter with experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why’s and how’s in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and skill requirements
- Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche job boards, etc.) to find top talent
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct in-depth screenings (phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews) to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, guiding them through the process and maintaining regular communication
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires
- Manage recruitment metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruiting and the tech industry
