Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field OR 7 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing program development, with a proven ability to design and optimize personalized customer journeys.
- Proficiency with martech tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and social media analytics tools for Meta and LinkedIn.
- Strong experience in using attribution models and experimentation to measure the incremental lift of customer journeys.
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills that facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration and project execution.
- Ability to rapidly assess and adjust priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, dealing with ambiguity, and engaging in challenging discussions. Continuously gather feedback and analyze performance data to optimize programs and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to support multi-channel, multi-touch marketing programs that are specific to buyer personas.
- Use data to analyze customer behaviors, identify opportunities, and optimize marketing strategies. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Manage the sales enablement strategy and execution to provide marketing support and content aligned with sales playbooks as well as maintaining all of the related internal content management platforms.
- Work closely with teams including Partner Development, Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to ensure cohesive and effective program execution.
- Build relationships, operate with excellence, stay curious, and embrace a growth mindset to contribute to WMCs culture, mission, and goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven record of driving awareness and growth at scale.
- Expertise in cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape, with experience in evolving analytics and measurement capabilities.
