Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience with a PhD in Engineering or 4+ years with an M.S.
- Demonstrated experience in classical control theory: feedback controllers, state observers, filters, etc.
- Experience developing control algorithms for embedded systems.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-physics reduced-order modeling.
- Experience working on/with battery or power systems.
- Experience using Matlab/Simulink and version control using Git.
Responsibilities
- Develop physics based models for a variety of systems: mechanical, thermal, electrical, etc.
- Develop control algorithms that optimize system performance and cost.
- Collaborate with domain experts on system design and analysis.
- Conduct product architecture trade studies to ensure an optimal system design.
