Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience required
- Demonstrated ability to identify and build strategic capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and lead large scale teams to execute enterprise goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the health, growth and business results of a revenue cycle team supporting collection and relationships with commercial payors
- Maintain a culture of compliance and ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen performance against key performance metrics and process controls
- Collaborate across the village enterprise to drive results with key partners
- Anticipate and proactively mitigate business risks
- Establish short and long-term strategic plans based on multi-year objectives
- Analyze and understand complex problems and develop a robust approach to solve
- Use strengths, skills and experience to drive impact across a range of functions and disciplines
- Leverage analytical and quantitative skills to continuously identify opportunities for capability building that would improve recovery rate and increase yield
- Actively engage in the recruitment, hiring, and retention processes to build and maintain team strength
- Coach, motivate and develop teammates through formal and informal feedback and development opportunities in alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values
- Adhere to talent development guidelines and performance management processes
- Build relationships within the ROPS organization and across diverse departments
- Lead through influence, providing strategic guidance and effecting change outside of lane in the interest of bettering the overall organization
- Synthesize critical analysis through oral and written communication
- Directly and concisely communicate ideas, insights, risks and recommendations to executive leaders
- Prepare for and facilitate executive-level presentations across various stakeholder groups.
