Senior Performance Test Engineer

Strong experience in performance testing and analysis.
Proficiency in performance testing tools and frameworks, e.g., Jmeter, Locust.
Solid understanding of system architecture and performance optimization.
Experience with cloud environments and distributed systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Passion for enhancing user experience through performance excellence.
Observability knowledge with logging, monitoring and alerting tools before and you know how observability data is collected, injected and aggregated for both frontend and backend.

Design and implement performance testing strategies to evaluate system performance.
Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.
Develop automated performance testing scripts and tools.
Monitor system performance and provide insights for improvements.
Ensure the platform can handle large-scale user loads efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance testing.
