Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- 2-5 years of experience
- Prior Sales experience at a financial services organization is a plus
- Broad client relationships preferred
- Experience in a client facing role working with the buy-side community
- Self-Motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Must have or be able to obtain licenses required, Series 7, 63
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to current broker dealer clients and potential prospects to market product ideas and to generate new leads.
- Develop existing client relationships and onboard new ones including in Central and South America.
- Price and execute transactions.
- Interact with structuring, trading, legal and other relevant teams to constantly improve the platform
- Offer a high-quality level of service/experience to existing and new clients of SFI.
- Collaborate with the Client Management team to develop proper wallet data for our client base.
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior Sales experience at a financial services organization is a plus
- Broad client relationships preferred
