Responsibilities
- Lead the Way: Respond to incoming calls, texts, and chats for crisis services with a blend of compassion and expertise. Every interaction you have will be an opportunity to bring hope and positivity.
- Screen & Triage: Use your keen insight to assess and guide crisis interventions, utilizing our risk assessment tool to ensure safety and effective resolutions.
- Empower Through Education: Share valuable mental health education and community resources, helping individuals navigate their path to recovery.
- Team Player: Collaborate in training, meetings, and clinical oversight, enhancing your skills and knowledge while contributing to a supportive environment.
- Document Your Impact: Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in our EHR, maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Innovate & Engage: Stay on top of the latest practices in healthcare, behavioral health, and crisis interventions, sharing your knowledge and engaging with clients meaningfully.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of a GED/High School diploma and four years of full-time behavioral health work experience.
- Alternatively, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience as a behavioral health professional, crisis intervention, and contact center experience preferred.
