Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related field of study.
- 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography, with preference for ASML PAS 5500 i-line stepper/DUV scanner, Nikon SF-series i-line stepper, Ultratech stepper and metrology
- Good understanding of photolithography theory and process knowledge
- Able to work on-site in cleanroom
Responsibilities
- Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes
- Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
- Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs
- Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
- Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
- Qualifying new equipment and new processes
- Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency

- Self-starter with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operation
- Strong knowledge and past ownership of photolithography exposure tool is desired
- Past experience of people management is highly preferred
